Due to the popularity of our fitness boot camps we advertise our timetable throughout the year. The places are limited to maximize your results and deliver a greater client service. You can subscribe to the full years calendar or to each individual training block.

We do reward our clients and those in the current boot camps will get priority over the up and coming events. So please don’t be left out and sign up today. Are boot camps are held once a week every Saturday morning. You will be sent a map and details upon registration.
