Matt Ibbs Fitness Boot Camps are taking Liverpool by storm! Since our first boot camp in May 2005 we have seen our company go from strength to strength and have seen over 150 attendees.

Our fitness boot camps are serviced like our personal training sessions. We only allow a limited number of clients to each session ensuring the highest quality of service and making sure you get the maximum benefit of our personal trainer experience.

Fitness boot camps are based on UK and US military programs, using similar exercises that are used in their training. At Mattibbs bootcamp we also add extra tools to our boot camps such as kettlebells, boxing, sandbag training….. There is no other boot camp like this in Liverpool.

Our programs are designed to get maximum results in minimal time. Although this sounds like another fad fitness claim; I can speak from personal experience and the gained by my clients. These are not quick fix workouts; we do not guarantee results in 5 minutes.

Our boot camp workouts are hard, intense and take you out of your comfort zone! We do not take ‘NO’ for an answer. There are rules and you follow these rules;  when you do I can promise you, you will not have experienced a fitness class like it.

You will become more confident and increase your fitness levels beyond your beliefs. No other fitness class can give you the results of the fitness boot camps!

 

  • NO FRILLS – Our classes are not designed for looks, no flashing lights, big sound systems or fancy equipment. You’re going back to how we used to get fit. The way we were designed to workout. We are talking kettlebells, boxing, body weight exercises, team events and good old fashioned running. No fancy cross trainers or steppers. This is how fitness was designed and this is how you achieve serious results.
