Dave Carroll has been a Personal Trainer for 10 years and has worked in the Fitness Industry for over 25 years.
Within that time he has developed a wide variety of knowledge and experience, ranging from gym and studio work in which he is qualified to teach over 12 different exercise classes.

- Aerobics
- Body Max
He has also helped in the development of the fitness programmes for GCSE certification.
Dave is a black belt 2nd Dan in Karate and a black belt 3rd Dan in Aikido and has competed at the highest level in his field; he has been involved with the running of Conflict Management/Self Defence within the NHS for the nurses at Liverpool Women’s Hospital.
Dave is a friendly, highly motivated person, who is always willing to listen to people to help them achieve their goals.
